Your rights on your content explained
At Buzdeo we don't disguise who owns the video, when you post a
video on Buzdeo, you retain full rights, and
assign none to Buzdeo. That means that Buzdeo can not show
or use your material without a seperate agreement with you.
Don't get caught out by other video sharing sites, they need marketing income
to survive, and have clauses in their terms and conditions where you assign rights
to them, so that they can use your videos for marketing without having to ask you
first. In many of the terms and conditions of other sites that we looked at, thier
members assigned a irrevocable perpetual licence, to the site allowing the site
to use thier content for basically anything.
